# Completion Report

Date: 2026-07-15
Status: **Complete — research integrity and publication QA passed**

## Research conclusion

The strongest publicly inspectable wording is **SL9-like** or **provisionally closest to SL09**, not exact historical SL9. The public record describes one submitted leaf as unlike RD2's undisclosed Geisha comparator and very close to an undisclosed SL09 reference. If the Geisha comparator was authenticated T2722 and sample custody was sound, the result weighs strongly against a literal Panamanian-Geisha claim for that tested tree. It does not establish population-wide uniformity, an exact historical SL.9 identity, or a Kenya-to-Peru introduction route.

Reclassification changes claims selectively. A literal T2722 pedigree claim becomes unsupported for an auditable nonmatching sample; the local name, documented Peruvian origin, producer, lot, score, sensory observations, awards, and transactions remain independently testable. No direct controlled agronomic or sensory study of authenticated Peruvian Inca Gesha/SL09 material was located, and the available market observations do not estimate a causal name premium.

## Delivered record

- 9,618-word paper before References, with 51 cited bibliography records
- 69-row claim-by-claim evidence ledger with source locators, excerpts, strength, and limitations
- 166-row source inventory: 53 included and 113 excluded with reasons
- Lawfully acquired open-access source corpus and page-addressable extractions; no paywall or access control bypass
- Standalone HTML, styled DOCX, and 28-page US Letter PDF
- Six-page static website with searchable evidence and source tables plus downloadable canonical files

## Verification

- Citation and evidence audit: **PASS** — 51/51 citation-to-bibliography parity; every cited key represented in the ledger; no duplicate canonical DOI/URL identifiers; no unresolved citation tokens or uncited factual-paragraph warnings
- Independent adversarial peer review: **PASS**
- Independent research-integrity audit: **PASS**
- Artifact structure checks: **PASS**
- Visual publication QA: **PASS** — all 28 rendered DOCX pages inspected; all 28 final PDF pages pixel-identical to the inspected render at 182 DPI
- Website tests: **PASS** — deterministic two-build hash comparison, six pages, local links and downloads checked, 69 evidence records and 166 source records reconciled

## Remaining uncertainty

The complete private RD2 report, sample manifest, reference accession identities, marker data, assignment distances, thresholds, and custody record are not public. The conclusion should be revised if those materials or representative multi-farm tests become available. Port2050's current product page was inspectable in a browser but returned a 404 or redirect to command-line requests, so it is retained only for the narrow seller fields it visibly displayed.

The website was implemented without UI/UX design skills or computer-control tooling.
